The more we understand about Social-Emotional Learning, the more we know it needs to be explicitly taught and practiced. Developing Social-Emotional Learning leads to more resilience for both students and educators. This session will focus on strategies for all learners, children up to adults, to gain a better understanding of SEL and how it ties to resilience and overall health.
